Jeff's civic involvement spans more than 25 years and includes serving in various roles in local and statewide politics. Ten years ago, after nearly 20 years studying both our founding documents and Scripture, Jeff started teaching others about civics and government and encouraging them to become more involved in their governance. In 2021, he started the Oregon non-profit Constitution IQ Project. Its mission is "Equipping citizens to be active stewards of their community through civic and constitutional literacy." Jeff lives in NE Salem with his wife, Marty, and son, David.
