Wes Butler, his wife, Deborah, and their children have served Oregon homeschoolers for many years. Wes is the past director of the Salem Area Christian Home School Network, former OCEANetwork board member, current OCEANetwork Freedom Watch team member, and co-director of the OCEANetwork Apple Pie Day/Capitol Day. In addition, Wes is the vice chairman of the Constitution IQ Project, and he serves on the Marion County Republican Party executive team and as a delegate to the Oregon Republican Party platform convention. He and Deborah have been married for 47 years and have seven children and 18 grandchildren.
