Heather Schwartz has been married for 37 years and is a mom to six children ages 20-36, having homeschooled them all the way through high school. She is also Nana to 12 grandchildren. Still passionate about her kids, but knowing that her role has changed, she will be sharing some thoughts and insights that have helped make the transition easier from full house to empty nest.
